Foige is a booking and client management platform for independent professionals who sell their time in sessions, operated by Foige ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
Foige provides software that allows service providers ("Providers") such as trainers, tutors, stylists, makeup artists and coaches to manage bookings, session packs, and client relationships. Clients ("Clients") can book sessions and manage their account through the Provider's booking page and their personal portal.
We are a software platform only. We are not a party to any service agreement between a Provider and their Client. Any disputes regarding sessions, cancellations, or refunds are between the Provider and the Client.
Payments for session packs are processed by Stripe, Paystack or Flutterwave on behalf of the Provider. Foige does not hold your payment — money goes to the Provider's connected payment account.
On the Free plan, Foige takes a platform fee of 3% of card payments made through Stripe. There is no Foige fee on the Pro plan, or on Paystack and Flutterwave payments. Payment providers' own processing fees apply separately.
Refund and cancellation policies are set by each individual Provider. Please refer to your Provider's cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
Providers are solely responsible for the services they provide to Clients, including the quality of their services, appropriate professional qualifications, public liability insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
Providers must not use Foige for any unlawful purpose or to offer services they are not qualified to provide.
Foige offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan, priced in local currency as shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Free tier accounts are limited to 20 bookings per month. Exceeding this limit will prompt an upgrade to Pro.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is inactive for more than 12 months. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foige is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or personal injury arising from sessions booked through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify Providers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
